Yes I have Hearthfire and Dawnguard....but I don't have 5000 gold.

There are plenty of mods that give you a palacial home...just incredible places

I'm looking for a home I can build.That way I can feel I earned every board and nail.When I get 5k I can spare I'll consider HEARTHFIRE.

Your suggestions woould be most appreciated. BTW I'm playing SKYRE mod.

This topic is more of a mods question.

I do not of any housing mods since I never found a need for one, I actually feel there are too many options for housing in this game, especially with Hearthfire.

I did a quick search on the Nexus I did not find anything about building but there is this one in Riverwood that you can have early as far as I know.
