Hi guys,
Several months ago, I read a post here pointing to an interview about American gamers.
The interview was about how American gamers are more confortable when they are -not- faced with situation seen as errors (consequences of their actions, locked content due to previous actions, carachter death, ...).
One of the point was that this behavior was coming from the US education, where you are rewarded for your success but are not really shown your errors. So, instead of having "bad" consequences to your actions, the American gamers want Achievements for their success.
I've been searching the forum for a good hour now but I can't find that post and the interview.
Can someone with a better memory find that post ?
