I am looking for a mod that will bring a lot more variety of items unique and otherwise expensive to be looted from personal homes / inventories.

Like in morrowind where there were a undetermine amount of unique owner ship items a thief could make a real proud character path off of.

I just dont get that in skyrim, its all hunks of iron and cheese and ale/wine.

Can someone point me to an extreme Item insertation mod?
