I just bought a gaming laptop so I can play modded Fallout. Yay! I'm thinking I'll start small, with JE Sawyers mod and Increased wasteland spawns, maybe a faction reloaded and new vegas uncut, too. But, I was wondering if there were any mods to make the Second Battle of Hoover Dam more epic - more NPCs, give Lanius more health, etc? I saw one mod on the nexus, but it had glowing people and supermutants in the photos so I wasn't sure if it was lore-friendly.
