Looking for Mod Suggestion fro reducing Merchant lvl'd loot

I don't want to mess up the vanilla economy too much but would like to have the vast majority of enchanted items and Elvish/Dwarvish loot only be found on high level enemies/dungeon bosses, etc.... Having a lowly Riverwood Blacksmith pawning a Dwarvish sword of Animus at level 12 is a bit immersion breaking for me...

Anyone suggest one that will just adjust leveled items from merchants but not from high level chests/enemies?
