That sounds great, but I don't know if I really meet the requirements. I am patient and can probably find time, I can do beta testing, and I have good English skills, but I'm pretty new to MW. I have not actually finished the main quest yet, though I know Oblivion pretty well, so I have a bit of Tamriellic history. I did a bit of modding in Oblivion, although I never released any of my work, and I always found the biggest obstacle to be my inability to make good dialogue, since the game is voice acted. since that shouldn't be a problem in Morrowind I have been looking forward to starting modding. I'd like to know what your initial ideas are, and what kind of schedule you're working on, and if that works for me and you think I'm qualified, you can count me in.
If you would like to go behind the wheels and mod in the construction set I suggest you read some tutorials and try to create something for yourself (a house mod or something).
If you have a quest idea, which you would like to implement to the game, as a mod, write me your quest idea.
From what you wrote, I guess your MW lore knowledge should be enough to avoid major lore problems. Which is enough,
if you have an interesting idea.I have a few quest mods in a WiP state (most of them are collect this, bring me that) none of them are very intellectually challenging to the player, that is why I thought someone with a good quest idea might want to team up with me.
