i got a problem with a quest the quest afther armaggedon where to find recruids ? as grandmaster help lancelotti keep up the good work

You should find a potential recruit waiting for you in the Templar headquarters. Just look around, it should be there.

Hello there, version 1.1 for Armageddon is ready to be uploaded, hopefully it will fix all the issues that have been reported (even missing rats). Only problem is that at present I am having some troubles with my internet connection and I cannot upload it (my connection speed is only 3kb/sec at the moment... aargh!). Hopefully in a couple of days the mod will be up. Be patient :)

Hello everybody, Armageddon v1.1. is now available on planetelderscrolls. Please let me know if it managed to solve the problems you reported.

For the people who had problems with the beta version please also note that there is a possibility that in order to have things working properly AFTER installing version 1.1 the mod could need to be reset and the quest restarted from the beginning (i.e. first disable the esp in your Data Files, start Oblivion, save, exit and then enable Armageddon.esp again).

Then the script in charge of making them appear did not work.
I start realizing that many scripts work differently on different systems, and even the same system can behave differently from time to time.
It might depend from the doonce variables of my scripts, but I am afraid that deleting them could mess up the frame rate as well as other things...
I will look for a solution, meanwhile if you want to send me your e-mail address with a personal message I can send you an esp. with the chest enabled, so that at least you can get that teutonic armor while waiting for a better fix.

Hey.. I'm currently playing amargeddon and I'm at the part with the murdered monk, but he doesn't seem to be in the chapel. There's no body so I'm kind of lost atm :S

I just got the Doomed King set and I love it! The helmet reminds me of the Predator's mask, very cool. What a great fight with the previous owner too, made wearing the set even more rewarding. Looking forward to earning the other armors, keep up the great work!

Brother angus is not in the chapel? Well he should be there... this is probably a bug, one of those scripts that sometime do not work. However, I am going to upload version 1.2 soon, so hopefully I will fix this there.

Sonia's house should be there since the beginning of the quest, if it's not there it might be hidden under some other building added by another mod... or it's just a bug of some sort. This is really weird...

This version will add something new (e.g. a Templar knight patrolling the road between the Imperial City and the Templar headquarters) and hopefully will also solve the problems reported in some of the last posts. If it does not just let me know.

If you experienced any problem in one of the previous versions please note that probably you will have to reset the mod (disable "Armageddon" in Data Files, start the game, save, exit, enable "Armageddon" again) in order to solve any script-related issues.

B3n.. after speaking to Severius you will find out that the dead monk is in the Chapel, you have just to go there and get his journal.

the helmet in my avatar is just the result of photoshopping one of the official screenshots. No mod for that , sorry.

Did you install the latest version of my mod? i.e. version 1.2, I thought that that version had this problem fixed... there the script making the dead monk appear in the chapel was simplified to the bone...

Thanks, I will certainly do that in my next version. Leyawiin is such a small town that the Chapel did not look that much far from Sonia's house... but I recognize that my "next to the chapel" might be misleading.

ok, Armageddon v1.3 is now up on planetelderscrolls. This new version adds a new level to Fort Icewind containing some new ghosts, gives better info about where is Sonia's house and will also improve some of my scripts (many thanks to Haama, Windmill Tilter, Zumbs and Darkrdr for providing helpful suggestions on the latter).

Sorry Man, I have only tried your latest version... no previous releases were installed. STILL no dead Monk. I talked to the monks in the monestary, they all point to the body in the chapel they have not moved or touched. However, there is no body in the chapel.

Any suggestions?

yes, my suggestion is to get version 1.3, reset the quest (disable "Armageddon" in Data Files, start the game, save, exit, enable "Armageddon" again) and start the quest from the beginning. I am pretty confident that version 1.3 will solve your problem, this because now the scripts work in a different and more efficient way (thanks to Haama, Windmill Tilter, Zumbs and Darkrdr).
