Pretty much what the title says. I'm looking for a noticeboard - either the standard free-standing type, or a smaller kind that you can hang on a wall. I've scoured the Nexus and can't find any (and I'm really surprised no one's ever made one).

Better Cities has one which came from the integration of Cyrodiil Rebuild. I believe CR acquired the resource from Nehrim based on the folder name containing the mesh.

Strotis miscellaneous meshes (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/41718/?) offers a myriad of riches as resource. A noticeboard is one of them, as you can see checking the third picture in hte Images section.

Yeah, that was the first one I thought of. If they got it from Nehrim, it's probably free to use.

Yeah, I thought strotis might have done it. That thing in the corner looks more like a wall, though.
