I am looking for some awesome perk changing mods for my new character.
The ones i know of are:
Are there any other perk mods that are as good as the above mentioned?
Out of all the perk mods, which one do you recommend for using?
Are those mods compatible with the Unofficial Skyrim Patches?

Pretty sure they are all compatible (with the unofficial patch), as in they won't cause crashing. However, Unofficial patches do change some perks if memory serves. (So if one of those mods also alters a perk, you get the overhauls version of the perk)
Anyhow, I'd recommend perkus. It has its own patcher, and a very dedicated person patching popular mods that don't get hit with the auto patch. I actually enjoy leveling up now with perkus. Always something fun to spend a perk point on.

My favorite perk mod is http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21512/? by Magickman12. It's how I wish the vanilla game would have been. Some of its features include class perks, race perks, quest-related perks, crime perks and roleplaying perks, as well as changes to existing perks.
