By the time I learned Pipboy edition was available, they were all sold out.

I'd like to get a Pipboy, and currently holding off buying the game in hope that Beth would make more of Pipboy edition.

If they can sell Pipboy and sell them separately, that works for me too.

eBay is likely your best option. Be prepared to spend quite a bit though (if they haven't come down in price).

It's on record that production on them has stopped a while ago now. There are no more being manufactured, and it's highly likely that any that were available to be sold (outside of ebay) have been purchased.

Ebay or any other type of place like that is probably you're only chance (prepare to get gouged though), unless someone hands their pipboy back to any stores in your area.

its cheap, lots of people have had issues with the parts on the pip-boy breaking, the select button on mine pushed all the way in 2 seconds after unboxing. Id save your money

I'm sure it comes down to personal preference, but I've been totally happy with mine and am glad I made the purchase. The pip-boy itself actually exceeds my expectations - admittedly though, they were low. And I have to say, combined with the app, it's a really cool second screen experience. The app actually lets you use items or equip them in game without having to bring the pip-boy in game.

It's a lot like the deluxe transformer toys though. In many cases, you have to do things in a specific order or massage things into place.
