...I'd have a go at it myself if I wasn't so hopeless with technical things

I have Houses For Sale and I quite like it, but I would love the following:

- More houses (!)
- Consideration of prices (with HFS I can get a pitifully small shack in Seyda Neen for 1000GP, but a pretty big one-roomed house in Suran for the same price)
- Ability to use NOM objects (would love to be able to start a fire and cook in my own house)
- More than one sales agent would be good
- Perhaps the option to rent rather than buy on some places/perhaps some furnished places? (although I love Real Furniture!) - and the ability to sell bought houses afterwards
- More places to buy furniture

All of this is probably a huge ask, but even a bit of it or a combination of mods which gets close would be awesome.

Heather's Cottage is Lleran Tomb. There is a teleport ring and 500g in every white kolop [probably unintentional]. A good reason to go pearl harvesting. Vary nice
