Hail Voice Actors!
In the past Ladyflcn and I have held a few open calls for Reclaiming Sancre Tor and unfortunately, in a bit of novice erring at the time, I thought I needed an early start because it would take ages to actually find and cast voice actors. :facepalm: That is certainly not the case, voice actors are very present and most are ready and eager for work when it comes along. As a result I have lost track of a few cast members along the way. :unsure:

For those of you who were cast on RST and gave up on ever seeing a finalized script you have my sincere apologies, I did not anticipate the quick response nor the talents of the many folks who auditioned. Thank you for your time, and if you still have an interest in participating at this time I will happily move you to the front of this pack. To those of you who are cast and are still with the project, thank you for your vast patience your parts have been secured and scripts will be arriving in your inboxes shortly.

If you are a voice actor and you have not already received an invitation to audition for the project, now is your chance to submit an audition and be considered for one of the remaining roles. Please note there are only a few key roles left to be cast!

What do I need to Audition? :huh:

Voice Capture/Editing Software: You may use your program of choice, but http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ is free to those who don't have any software.

A Working Microphone: that can produce clear recordings. Old headset mics with tinny feedback and onboard mics with air tunnel feedback are not functional enough for this project, sorry.

No Experience is Necessary: But doesn't hurt! We are looking for folks who can do more than read lines,you must be able to act!

Please record your lines, zip them in a folder with your user ID in the folder name, and PM them to DarkRider as a PM attachment on TESA. Remember, this is an audition, try and do your best! My imagination is all worn out so don't make me imagine how awesome you could sound if you were trying. :rolleyes:

As your auditions are listened to and evaluated, those who are cast will be notified within a day or two and will receive scripts.

Note: Please don't link me to the Voice Actor's Project on TESA. I founded it, I'm in it, and most of those cast are from there, I'm looking for additional new talent.

I'd totally give it a try but the only mics I have are an old headset mic and a decent (but probably not good enough) mic on my webcam.
