As for the House of Dibella, no worries. It will be populated with NPCs who will make Dibella proud. Dibella is, afterall, the goddess of inner AND outer beauty. Her worshippers should be represented as such. The NPCs have been created, but now they need beautiful clothing.
Which makes me think, I'm looking for a bit of help in terms of clothing and outfits for the cathedral worshippers. I made a thread about it http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=1018076&hl=.

Clothing? That's not the House of Dibella I remember from Daggerfall.

Name :Artinus the Forgotten
Famous for : Greatest ever Troll Hunter
City in which you want the character buried :Bruma
Date of birth and death :Unknown
Brief epitaph : May you'r fists finally lay to rest

Excellent! Thank you. I'll change the dates, of course.

Name: Kolan Vistav (Imperial)
Famous: He was the greatest composer in all of Cyrodil wit his amazing works such as the Mara Delbelly and Gordanetta but his most famous is Fugue. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lIQXJWR9y8 It is unknown where he found the inspiration for his grand music but it is cirtane that he was inspired to write this piece after watching birds fly through the Jerell mountains. Vistav was able to play for many prominent leaders of cyrodil with his large orchestra.
City: Bruma
Born: 3E 155
Died: Of many complications with his health in 3E 206
Epitaph: Kolan Vistav had the greatest passion for music than any man in cyrodil.

Take note that the song I have given the link for is part of Bach's Toccata and Fugue aka Phantom of the Opera.

Thank you, cobb. I will remove the reference to Fugue, though. I'm not adding any real life references in the game. :)
And it is unknown if orchestras exist in Tamriel (I personally doubt it), but I'm certain composers exist.

Name : Hammueri Mgroza
Famous for : Excaping poverty and war in Hammmerfell and moving east to Chorrol where he became a powerful Orc Wizard.
City in which you want the character buried : Chorrol
Date of birth and death : 3E 365 - 3E 385
Epitaph : May all of Malacath's children find the steps of Ashpit at their road's end.

I will remove the reference to Malacath and change the dates. In that time, Orcs were viewed as bloodthirsty savages.
Thanks!

Name : Lyssane the Treasure Hunter
Famous for : Finding the Sword of Light and searching for a cure for Lycanthropy
City in which you want the character buried : Leyawin
Age of Death: 32
Epitaph : Stepped on the Mane's hair while in Torval, ended up being shipped back to Cyrodill in a casket.

Great! Added. :)

Name : C-Xitra
Famous for : Having a split personality.
City in which you want the character buried : Bruma
Date of birth and death : 3E 129 - 3E 204
Epitaph : Hero by day, assassin by night, his death was mourned and rejoiced for many days.

I will only take the hero part. Evil doers couldn't be found in the undercrofts.
I will change the name as well.

Name: Xirana Khalen
Famous for: Leaping from the highest towers onto the backs of her enemies to destroy them
City in which you want the character buried: Leyawiin
Date of birth and death: 2E 394 - 2E 427
Epitaph: Graceful valkyerie of heights, she rained death upon her enemies. Until she missed.

Very good. I'll change the dates to get you in the 3rd Era.

Clothing? That's not the House of Dibella I remember from Daggerfall.

Some do. Some don't. And those who do barely wear any clothing. :D

Thanks to good response on the character. Looking forward to hear more about oblivifall.

Thanks for the feedback. :foodndrink:

Name: Colonel Guthry Grays (Breton)
Famous: His regiment the 44th Imperial Infantry Regiment "Grays' Zouaves" were the leading regiment to make they attack on a Nordic fort called Fort Invasion on the gold coast which was used for the Nord invasion hence the name. In the late afternoon Grays lead his regiment forward, with there spears lowered to waist level and the sun reflecting off of there spears and flashy red, blue and gold uniforms the whole regiment was moving with glory. As they neared the fort the Nords opened up with catapolts making large gaps in the line the 44th was soon pinned down on the beach behind some dunes. By late at night they were still being bombarded by arrows and large exploding rocks Colonel Grays turned to his flag bearer and said "Come on." the two went forward a few paces the flag bearer was killed. Grays turned back around and began to climb the dunes to reach the fort he yelled to his men "Lets go 44th!" moments later he was shot in the stomach then a well aimed arrow pierced his heart he fell backward and didn't move. Major Hailed jump up and yelled to the regiment "Avenge the colonel's death! Who will follow me!" The whole regiment stood up and with a yell of vengence they surged forward with Major Hailed leading them. As they crested the first rise Major Hail was killed but the men did not halt they now were filled with uncontrolble rage that the commanders could not control them as they ran screaming for the fort as were being cut down. The Nords began to run in fear which was not a Nord characteristic as the blue and red soldiers began spearing them, cutting them down with there swords, and stabbing them with there long daggers. Soon Fort Invasion was empty of all Nords who could run and the 44th raised the flag of the empire over the fort. Colonel Grays' body was taken to Chorrel and a long memorial service was held in his honor which was attended by General Hawkins who remarked "If only there were more like hm." The 44th Imperial Infantry Regiment went into battle with 600 men by the time they had taken the fort only 180 were left.
City: Chorrel
Born: 3E 9

Thanks!

Name: Colonel Guthry Grays (Breton)
Famous: *SNIP!*
City: Chorrel
Born: 3E 9
Died: 3E 35
Epitaph: Lets go 44th!

That's great! Except I'll shorten the "Famous For" to "Knight of the Garland of the 44th Infantry. Died heroically in battle while leading a siege during the War of the Bend'r-mahk."

There's no mention of a colonel as a rank in the Breton army, and the Nords did not invade High Rock between 3E 9 and 3E 35. The War of the Bend'r-mahk, when the Nords invaded both High Rock and Hammerfell was in 3E 396.

Thank you for your submission. :)

You have it kind of wrong he is a Breton serving in the Imperial army that is why he is a colonel he is another hero from the Cyrodil Civil War. The Nords in fort were part of a invasion to take the good ground such as the ridges and hills around the gold coast of Tamriel the invasion force was defeated so the Nords fell back and built fortifications around Fort Invasion and upgraded the fort with thicker walls, better weapons, and so on. The regiment came from my immagination of how the forces of Cyrodil operated I have it much more structured in my head for example the forces I had in my mind that were there to attack the fort were formed into this organization.

Department of Anvil -Brig.Gen. Anold Zwick
15th High Rock Infantry Regiment -Col. Bagly
44th Imperial Infantry Regiment "Grays' Zouaves"-Col. Guthry Gyrays
32nd Imperial Light Cavalry Regiment -Lt.Col. Brennard Vissanly
1st Anvil Militia Regiment -Drifnard Hend
2nd Anvil Militia Regiment -Zelina
2nd Battalion, 3rd Catapolt Regiment -Maj. Naglen Indas
-
These departments were formed in order to protect the cities from attacks but in the players time most of these have been cut down to militia and guards.
