when look north or south my fps is 60

when i looking east or west my fps gets locked to 30

what wrong with this ?

made a crappy clip with 0 effort to look nice

and no its not my fx 8350 running at 4.7 GHz

or my sapphire nitro r9 390 8 gig

nor my 16 gig ram or my ssd one of the 3 i have

i have be playing normal skyirm allot and never had problem of fps

and we get a remake and its for me atleast really bad

i am going back to the normal version glad i got the HD version for free
