Looking to port mods over to 360

I'm researching into how to port mods over to the 360 and seems you can't have any major ones that add new "scripts or skeletons" which i don't know much about. Seems to sound like I wont be adding any new creatures or anything which is fine.

Would anyone know any really basic mods that drastically improve what i can do in this game? Stuff like perk tree revisions or more crafting recipes?
