Hi guys
First time on the forums, so if this has been answered somewhere deep in the threads from last year I'm sorry.

LOOT deletes the entry of Skyrim.esm from my plugins.txt file when it completes a load order sort.
C:/Users/Name/AppData/Local/Skyrim/
This means that I get a CTD when I attempt to load my save. I then manually rewrite it into the file and it works.
So far I've tried changing the permissions so plugins.txt can only be read, Loot didn't like that.
I just reinstalled LOOT because it was forgetting to include a few mods towards the end of my load order.

any ideas would be great.
