So, when I accept the blood Harkon, he bites me and I see the red screen then it becomes all black, and suddenly it goes to the loading screen. When something finally reappears, this is actually my console just to load the last backup.

Do you have a save you can reload before you entered the castle for the first time.

Unfortunately there is no workaround about that glitch for the console versions of skyrim !!!!!

Have you any other saves before you enter the castle ????

Before your load those, delete and re-install Dawnguard !!!!!

If it's not working re-install the whole game again and after that Dawnguard as well !!!!

Then load a save far before you enter the castle !!!!

Plenty of manual saves are recommended when playing Skyrim as you will probably find out, and using an earlier save is the most common solution to many problems you will encounter I'm afraid.

Okay. then do the above steps and load that save in front of the castle....

Strange to have only two saves in a game like skyrim !!!!!
