You finished the ending to the story already? Wow, I'm shocked - quick reading. Thanks Alex.

Oh snap! I dig it brother. Epic ending, I just gave three compliments I think, hmm.

As for that dedication I am flattered and very undeserving.

Read...read...read...This is exellent by they way! Tempted to look at the last sentence...must resist..

Chapter 12 was added last night for those not in the know - check the previous page and wallow in its ridiculously over-censored six scene.

Where? Damn, I sound like a sleaze when I say that -_-

Sorry for not seeing this earlier Surfer. It was a marvelous conclusion to your last epic story. The ending was climatic, and the way you did it made it seem so human. The aftermath kind of gave me that feeling of violence isn't the answer, because Wyoming got his goal but it was in a fashion that made it seem to like: "Great, you've got what you wanted, I hope your happy," kind of thing. And the ending for Kylie reminded me of just about every Stephen King ending, a bleak aftermath but a promising glimpse of light, of hope.

At the begging of the story, I was mystified by Wyoming. His crazy speak and his command over the raiders made him extremely interesting and something "nonhuman", for the lack of a better term. But by the end, I didn't feel the same mystique, he was no longer something super human, just another man too me. And that just go to show you your great use of dynamic characters.

I could go on and on, but what does it matter. It was a great story and that is all that needs to be said.

I think you left a great name for yourself in these forums, Surfer, one of the best writers we ever had. It was nice reading these to end with you, cheers :foodndrink:

Surfer, that was fantastic, you truly have been blessed with a wonderful talent. I hope that your dream of getting published comes true. I would most certainly buy anything you write :)
You have a knack for making people, for me anyways, feel your characters, rather than just 'read' them. (Hope that makes sense) lol
