2.Is there any lore about him at all outside of that book?
3.Do we know if he's dead or alive still?
4.Do we know how long he's been operating?
And 5. (more of a matter of opinion really) Do you think we'll meet him in a future TES game?

Velehk Sain is a Dremora Pirate. I woulnd't be surprised if he and his ship came from the Maelstorm of Bal.
