Does anyone have any information or can anyone link me to any lore that deals with the Mages Guild after Oblivion, Necromancy after Oblivion and/or the College of Winterhold?

Only thing I can find is, "After the Oblivion Crisis, the Mages Guild was dissolved for unknown reasons. The two splinter organizations were known as the Synod and the College of Whispers."

I cannot find any information on "Synod" or "The College of Whispers".
