My battery died while playing. I lost all my vaults and, because of that, all the $$ i spent on the game. The game would not reopen until I cleared all info, which, of course, causes the vault to clear because there is no cloud storage.

What is my recourse to recover my $$ or credit? I don't want to invest time in a game where all progress is lost because there is no cloud storage option.

Same happened to me except i did not clear the app cache etc.

This svcks really bad. I sent an e-mail to support crew and all i get are automated responses where they tell me that if i won't reply to that message in 96 hrs they will mark it as solved.


So should i just keep bombing bethesda with same message until they reply.

Email bombardment may or may not work.

Someone will read the license agreement at some point and see if the money should be refunded or not. And I actually hope despite all sense, that Bethesda made sure they will not have to return a dime, because otherwise they are in deep [censored] and frankly, I don't want them to be (even though I lost like 40 bucks the same way you did).

They do good [censored] up there at Bethseda and I want to keep it that way. What I would really like is for them to implement some sort of backu options, because otherwise I just can't invest the time in playing an otherwise fun game. It's just hearbraking when all of a sudden I cna't see all my silly little dwellers anymore.

This is a bunch of bull, I put $35 into this game only to have it crash and delete all of my saved data, and guess what, reporting this topic to bethesda gets me an automated message, and it's not just that, google play also refused to give me a refund. Fix your [censored] Bethesda.........
