I've had the game since day 1 and 3 times I've had a large vault and lost everything.


The 1st time it happened I went to play the game and it wouldn't open past the loading screen. So I left it a few days hoping for an update to fix and I had 90+ dwellers so I was reluctant to unintelligible and lose them.


I got fed up with waiting so re installed the game. I got to 100+ dwellers this time and I woke up 1 day and it was crashing on the loading screen again. So I gave it a few days and still no updates again but I did see something about "if your phone runs out of battery while playing it corrupts the files and causes it to crash at the loading screen." So even though my phone was on charge overnight I figured it must have died somehow.


I re-installed again and I got up to 160+ dwellers today with lots of very good equipment and very rare dwellers. And I tried to load the game again a few hours after last playing it and it's crashing again. I know 100% that the phone has not been turned off at all and the battery has been over 50% at least.


This Is getting ridiculous now. I'm waiting to spend money on the game for lunchboxes and Mr handys but I'm too scared to so it because of the constant loss of data. Please sort this out asap because it's taking the p**s now and is beyond a joke.


You shouldnt have released the game at all until this problem was fixed and it's been happening for well over a week now and you still haven't even addressed the problem to say your fixing it let alone actually done something about it.


Please let us know what is happening about this ridiculously common fault.

The same happened to me: in the last 50hours I installed the game, played several hours, the game started to crash on loading screen (known error), uninstalled the game, re-installed the game, started another vault, played for another several ours and then the game crashed again.


I'm completely sure my cellphone never run out of battery, or memory. I'm trying to play this game for more than 30hours without losing all progress, is that so much to ask? :/ A "we are already trying to fix it" or even a "we are going to fix it as soon as possible" would be enough, really.

Same thing happened to me, 10 floor of perfectly organised vault, 144 dwellers with good gear and high lvls and SPECIAL atributes, 6 Mr. Handy robots lost too (for some of which I admit I've paid, making it even worse).

Also getting the same issue..


Game was in the middle of a deathclaw attack when I quit it in the correct way, it has never been an issue before now to exit during an incident event such as this or the raiders/molerats etc.


Now when I load it up the attack continues then the game crashes after the deathclaws are killed which is literally 20 seconds or so as the deathclaws were almost dead.


Seems as though the game crashes when the deathclaw bodies would dissappear at the end of the incident.

I've just bought another 5 mr Handys totalling 10 now. And 40 lunchboxes in the sale 2 days previously.

I've seen elsewhere that others have the same issue including 40 lunchboxes from the sale.


Phone not run out of battery nor memory. Save file is not 0 bytes.

I've started 5 games so far..been confronted to the same issue again and again. Since its a fun app..the 1st time , I've been playing untill my battery went down/dead before I had the chance to plug the phone.

Once I've been able to reload the OS...the app was crashing before getting to the menu as everyone is having.

I've lost all info after deleting the app and reinstalling it ( only way I found to make it work again ) . I created another shelter and played on purpose until the battery went dead again...same issue occured.

Please fix this issue or at least induce manual save games into the game. Or at least link the games to the account instead of the app.

Same thing happened to me and of course the response was go here and make a forum. I feel robbed. What's the point if this happens all the time.

This just happened to me. I had just reached 26 floors, got all the rooms constructed, had four legendary dwellers, and my best dweller just reached the level cap of 50. Not to mention i also pumped about $75 into this game for Mr. Handies and lunchboxes

1st : for me the game crash A LOT (like random crashes alml the time, but i got used to it and played it nonetheless)

2 : i spent 40 + $ on this game and i can't even get to the vault selection screen

3 i spend 1/2 hours per day on this game and all is lost too
