Lost all the enemies

Someone suggested I post my problem in this forum since it may be mod related.
In my game, 99% of the monsters, evil NPC's, dremora and undead have left Cyrodiil. Every dungeon, fort and ruin is empty except for placed creatures. Levelled lists are no longer spawning any enemy but animals like mud crabs and rats. I am SOOOO frustrated at this. I don't want to be able to just walk in a place and take all the goodies.
Has anyone ever heard of this? Is this a mod that is doing it? I've deactivated my mods in steps to see if I could pinpoint one that was causing the problem, but nothing. I just put in OBSE 19, so I reverted back to 18 and still nothing. Is it a glitch in the game? Any help you can give me would really be appreciated.

Maybe they all ran away because they were scared of your character? :)
Seriously though, when you deactivated your mods, did you wait 3 days in-game for the cells to reset? Typically, you need to wait 3+ days and then visit a new cell before new creatures start appearing; before then, you could still see creatures that were spawned by your now-deactivated mods.

It'd also help if you posted your load order, we might be able to take a look and help you pinpoint what's going on.

I tested with dungeons that I haven't been in before, quicksaving before entering the first time so I could test each one with different mods deactivated. I am looking at my bashed patch with TESEdit and see that almost all references in the leveled creature lists are listed as "Error. Could not be resolved." Weird and probably the cause of the problem. My load list is below. Sorry I don't know how to make it a spoiler to save space.

I've had this problem before. You need to go into an interior cell and wait for however long it takes for the cells to respawn (best way is to set it to 1 day with Wrye Bash, then reset it afterwards to whatever you use normally). Chances are you've been messing with mods that alter the levelled lists, and you don't give the game the necessary time to adjust (i.e., waiting after each time you add/remove one).

Oh, and just use the "spoiler" tag. :)

What's that? Never heard of it. Is it an unofficial addon or have I missed something?

EDIT: Also, your FCOM install is faulty. Wrong version of OOO and FCOM. Check the FCOM thread for correct versions and info.

EDIT 2: No expert on ROM but I doubt you can just add it to an FCOM install like that, plus it depends on OOO 1.33 IIRC. In short, you should really look over your mod list.

Thanks for your replies everyone. Here are some answers and replies for you.

MMM More Creatures is a merged version of several Mart's plug-ins like More Wilderness Life and Farm Animals. I merge certain mods so I don't reach my LO maximum so quickly. Usually I just merge my armor and weapons mods into one mod, but I also merged all of the Unique Landscapes into three mods, the population increasing mods into one mod, city enhancement mods (clocks, vaults, cities alive at night, ambient town sounds) into one mod, dungeon enhancement mods (damsels, somethings not right, ambient dungeon sounds, immersive caves) into one mod and all my CM partner mods into two mods. If you do something like this, be sure to open and save it in the CS so that the patch won't have trouble with it.

I use ROM because I edited it to contain only the scripts that I liked from this mod, ie the drowning with armor script, the fame/infamy script, etc. It had no levelled lists or conflicts with anything because it only contains those scripts.

I will check out the FCOM situation. My LO is ordered with BOSS and it didn't say anything about OOO or FCOM being faulty. It merely gives me a bashed tag suggestion for them. Perhaps I need to update BOSS?

I did fix the problem last night by reinstalling Mart's .esm and FCOM .esp. I saw that they to had the same errors with the levelled lists so I bet these errors carried over into the patch. Once I reinstalled them, the LL's showed the proper enemies and the patch was able to be rebuilt with these.

Even though I often edit the mods I use, I don't remember ever touching the levelled lists in any mod, but maybe I did somehow and didn't realize it. Thank you again for your responses. It is really good to be able to get your help here.

Just to clarify: it's not a matter of messing with the levelled lists themselves; it's a matter of adding/removing mods that alter the lists (i.e., they have levelled lists of their own) and not waiting for the cells to respawn. Good to hear you got it all sorted out :).
