I lost Ed-e and veronica at the '38. Been 5 game days and they are not back where I got them or at the 38. I have a pc. Whats the commands to bring them back to me?

Though I don't know their PRID's, some of this may be helpful:

The same thing happened to me with Boone and Rex. Or so I thought. I slept in 'My bed' and when I awoke, they suddenly crowded into the room. Try that?

To find their PRID's, try going back to a save where they are both present. Hit the console button, then click on them. At the top of the screen, I THINK, it should give their numbers. I see no reason why trying 'PRID XXXXXXX' and 'moveto player' (or was that 'moveto.player'?) shouldn't work, just as it did in the old 'where's Walter this time' FO3 days...
