hey fallout fans did anybody else lose their classic pack after you updated your fallout new vegas game. i dont have the vault 13 canteen and my modded weathered 10 mm pistol and the Armored vault 13 suit that i got with the game when i bought it. Some one please fix this.............

After the upgrade I can now play Dead Money ( Canadian with Collector Ed. tagged as US version ) but my Classic Pack DLC is also gone. Guess I'll be calling support tomorrow.

Ditto for me as well but I have a ton of saves/characters. Still has lockups randomly and fairly quickly. Even on a newer character before DM it froze after 15 minutes of play. This doesn't bode well for future DLC releases as stability was my main concern. I can live with a broken quest or 2 but its not the patch everyone has been waiting for. I am hopeful and patient but I really don't want to wait for a GotY edition to resolve this.

I have been playing F3 GotY again for the past 4 days since the PSN has been down and rarely get a crash on a 14mb 120hrs plus build. Why is the older one so much more stable versus NV?I am sure they did alot of coding to make Broken Steel and all the other DLC to work mostly bug free but was the experience prior to the DLC on F3 the same? Was it massively crash prone before the GotY version? I only had F3 on the PC with no DLC before moving to the 360 and PS3 Goty editions and with mods it was pretty stable on the system I was running at the time.

OK my DM stuff Holorifle, police pistol, ect. are fine and I have everything from the Classic Pack. Still haven't really seen an improvement in stability as I am still getting frequent lockups. I almost made it an hour freeze free, but not yet (crosses fingers).

I lost both the Classic pack and Blood money. With the psn down I'm unable to redownload them and everything I've tried to get them back has failed.

For people too lazy to check Lord's thread, here's what you do:

Go to your game data utility tab and you'll see 2 folders called New Vegas DLC (US) and New Vegas DLC (CA). You have to delete ONLY the folder that says New Vegas DLC (CA) which will return your DLC back to normal as though nothing happened.

Thanks for the tip. I had been wearing the Sierra Madre armor before the patch, booted up today, and was standing in Caesar's tent in my underwear.

Ok how are you updating? The psn has been down for over a week?

Apparently Canadians don't have this issue. At least I didn't. I finally got around to updating this morning and all my DLC was still there.

im in canada, and i lost my clasic pack stuff too.

I got the update. I still have the classic pack and dead money. Thing I'm wordering is how the heck did I get the update. My psn hasn't worked since the 19 th.

its only PSN thats down. you should still be able to use the browser, thus making the internet still acsessable. im guessing the updates come directly from Bethesda, or somthing like that.

do you even know what im talking about my ps3 had the YLOD again, but i fixed it myself this time.
