Lost download of Classic pack after update : Fallout: New Vegas

hey fallout fans did anybody else lose their classic pack after you updated your fallout new vegas game. i dont have the vault 13 canteen and my modded weathered 10 mm pistol and the Armore vault 13 suit that i got with the game when i bought it. Some one please fix this.............

You could always delete it and re-download it although that would kind of screw over your modded 10mm.

Yup. it was gone, i was but nekkid (well, not really)

I also noticed the sierra madre radio & mission were gone too. also go to your download list in game, its empty.

i reccomend you not play on any files that have done DM stuff (at least dont save), i have a feeling youll loose stuff forever, and since you cant go back for some reason...*ahem*obsidian*ahem*

it might be fixed if you re-download everything, but as a ps3 user i cant, for obvious reasons, try that right now *ahem*annoyanus*ahem*

Yup. it was gone, i was but nekkid (well, not really)

However, you will need to get facts straight. Anonymous was not responsible for this. It was a bunch of CFW editing morons from NEXTGENUPDATE who were logging into Sony's Dev servers to get PSN store items for free.

Just downloaded the patch and I lost both the classic pack and dead money. Reinstalling the patch doesn't work either.

Yeah, anonymous does at least *try* to keep everyone's best interests in mind when they mess with Sony. But the hacking community is much, much bigger than just anonymous. From what I've heard, these idiots didn't have access to anyone's accounts, so your personal info is safe.

well this sounds bad, I'm backing up my saves then I'll update hopefully it's a rare bug, I'd try redownloading DM and whatever preorder pack you had once psn is back up hopefully that'll fix it.

There was an article on the escapist about possible leaked cc info from the psn attack, but I've also seen a few comments where people said just the store was hacked and they only got free store items but sony was concerned that it would have been possible for someone to use the same method to get customers cc info and thats why they shut it down.

Maybe something to do with the load order? I have no clue as I have only the most basic of computer knowledge.

oh no sorry i just meant that i restarted a new game to test if my classic pack was there or not to see if it was a universal issue with the new patch but on all 3 from scratches my pack was still added

I just got the update and loaded my game, I still have the clasic pack, gun, suit, and canteen, all good for me :fallout:
on ps3 by the way

apparently it has something to do with having an extra dlc file (like a CA & US version). i deleted the one i didnt need and everything was back to normal. i bet all the people who say it didnt happen to them deleted their extra long ago

You mean the French version you get access to with your voucher? Why did you even download it, if you didn't own the french version?

if psn has lost your acount as the psn is being rebuilt from scratch you might not get to reload the preorder content
