I had installed one of the many Morrowind overhaul mods a while back, however the one I used overwrote my emperor parasol files with Vurt's. I have nothing wrong with Vurt's work, however I do miss the iconic emperor parasols that my game came with. Could anyone care to share the original .nif file with me? Thanks.

The files are stored in Morrowind.bsa - you couldn't have overwritten them. Go to your Data Files/Meshes/f/ and delete the nif files flora_emp_parasol_01, flora_emp_parasol_02 and flora_emp_parasol_03 . That should restore your shrooms to their original state.
