I had to return my Galaxy Tab because it was faulty, I made sure I had saved my 2 vaults to the could so I could download it to my new tablet. I had 22 lunch boxes and 4 Mr Handys in my first vault and 4 Mr Handys in my second vault.

I would appreciate assistance in retrieving them please.

Did you have a cloud save of your Vault? If so, you should be able to recover it.

I did have a cloud save I got my vaults back just not purchased items.

Gstaff I sent an email to the support team and they told me to post here, I don't really seam to be getting any help with this.

The cloud save gave me back my vaults but not any of the Mr Handys or the Lunchboxes nor was I able to get them on my phone. I always have the cloud save ticked so that I have a backup if something goes dollay. All I want is what I paid for.

I have recieved a refund from Play for the 40Lunchboxes, will wait and see if get one for the My Handys.
