So I'm trying to do the Lost Patrol side quest, and I'm stuck on "investigate satellite array." I've killed all the mutants, retrieved the holotape and listened to it, but, the next part of the quest won't trigger. After looking at videos the only thing I see is that Scribe Faris is found in the shack on the satellite dish, however, when I went through he was found laying on the ground below it. This is causing "investigate satellite array" to not check off, which means I can't get the access code to Recon Bunker Theta. Any advice or possible fix?
