*Spoiler alert!





So I got into my power armor and went off to the quarry to kill a gang of Raiders. Ia de it to the bottom of the quarry and dove into the hole. I guess my armor was to heavy to swim and so I drowned several times trying to get out. Eventually I had to part ways with my suit and swim to safety. Anybody know of a way to retrieve the power armor? It still shows it on my map as being in the quarry but in actuality it's at the bottom of the radiated water hole. Please help. I'm new to this and forums in general.

You should be able to walk to the submerged elevator. If you previously raised it, go lower it again. It is just beyond the NPC, behind the generator thingy.

Dive down to your PA, with as much radiation protection you can muster, and have a core ready for the PA if not enough juice on the one sitting in it. Be ready to use a couple of radaway and stimpaks tho.

If not doable, you have to google how to use the console, and "cheat" your way to your PA again.

Unfortunately there's no easy way to get it back. I'm assuming you're talking about the quarry near the beginning of the game? If so there's a quest that allows you to drain the water, although you'll have to wait a while to explore the area. And by then it will be filled with raiders. Just take out your fusion core and leave it until the water drains. Don't worry, there are plenty of suits out in the wasteland to get.

Not sure if aqua girl will help you out, there's also some food to let you breathe underwater. I think it involves mirelurk cakes though. and could you swim even if you got to it idk.

Thanks for the advice guys. I called water girl or whatever you said and she didn't answer. I wasn't aware of a lift inside of the waterhole. I might be able to just lift it out. I have a second power armor I found by a downed chopper. Not the museum PA but rather 1 north east of rocket gas station

Well I went to kill the Raiders attacking the small farm (minuteman mission) I killed the Raiders and even most of the ghouls. I didn't know the PA has a stick NO SWIMMING rule. I hope it doesn't rust down there. At least I found a cool sword down there.

BTW when I said my armor was at the bottom of the hole filled with water, I didn't mean the quarry. Once I reached the quarry it was drained. I didn't drain it. I just showed up and killed the Raiders and the ghouls. If you keep decending you will find a hole at the very bottom (where they use to do worship or something) and you find a "STAR" Sword. That's where my armor is trapped

Cant you hop into the PA and fast travel outta there?
