My explorer had been out in the waste land for over a day, and found a nice little cache of stuff including a rare/legendary (blue) sports outfit with +4 S and +1 L. But when he entered the vault, it was nowhere to be found.


Playing on a Z5, Android 5.1.1 with a fresh install of the game.

If you tap an item in the returning dweller's inventory when it's outside your vault it gets marked for sale. When you click the collect button it'll sell the item(s) you selected. I'm guessing this happened, because it was one of my early mistakes too. Hope it helps!
