I was playing for quite a while already, investet 32.98 GBP in total into the game as am a big fan of series.

Had a huge shelter with around 120 dwellers and a lot of them where full stats. Spent ages in the game.

One day, my phone switched off during the game. I wasn't able to log back into my vault. I have tried to restart the phone and etc. Tried everything.

Had to re-install the game. The saves where lost. Anybody has any ideas?

When contacted Bethesda was sent onto this forum... Not very useful.

If I knew I'd have that kind of issue, I would have preferred to add 8 GBP and pre-order the proper game rather than this.

Obviously can’t get my time back, at least my money...
