i am a big fan of fall out series and i been playing fall out shelter for a week and my population was around 68 and i put 25$ in-app purchases for lunch boxes and after that i invested 5$ on mr.handy and when i was playing this game one day my phone ran out of juice which i didnt realise and i was in middle of the game and my phone got switched off and when i had my battery running the save was not there,lost everything everything including the in-app purchases this is so frustrating i didnt expect this kind of bug from a company like bathesda my whole save file is gone and and i contacted bathesda demanding my save file or my money back they told me to post a thread here and for in-app purchases they told me to contact google and i contacted google they told me its bathesda bug they have in the game and they will only refund your money i am done with this whole drama i need my money back.
