Hello

I recently made a new charecter, aside from my main one, because of that I accidentally overwrote my main char save file, and I cant find it on the Saves' Properties thing

Any help?

You aren't going to find it under previous versions.

Was it a quicksave or a manual save?

If Skyrim has the cloud enabled, rename the saves directory and see what it restores from the cloud.

If it's a quicksave, there are usually a backup made for the previous quicksave. It will be named quicksave.ess.bak. If you overwrote it more than once, this won't work.

Always make new manual saves. Dont rely on quicksave and autosave alone.

Thank you

Please, PLEASE, please don't rely on quicksaves. Quicksaves will get corrupted from time to time, especially when quick-saving and quick-loading often. Most people disable quick-saving.

As for the quicksave.ess.bak file, simply rename it to quicksave.ess (or {anything}.ess)

You MUST make new manual saves man. Just something you do in these games. You're asking for it if you don't.
