I've been going back and forth with Bethesda. On why I lost all my data what I got a new phone. But no one has given me an answers. They just keep passing the buck. First they said "it should be fix" (it wasn't) emailed them again then they were like "go to apple support" (No Luck there) emailed them again. They sent me here. So has this happen to anyone else. I lost twenty buck also but they will not refund me my money very disappointed with Bethesda. I've been a big supporter of there software. It's like a slap in the face you give them your money but when you have a problem they turn there back on you.

Because there is no cloud save, any progress you had on your old device, will not carry over to the new account/device.

Well it would have been nice to have know that since at the BE3 event. They said they worked with Apple to make the game. You would think that would be one of the first things they would add. In this day in age who uses only one apple device. What if you had a IPad, IPhone etc. I wouldn't have spend twenty bucks on the game. I wouldn't have even played the game on my old phone since i knew I was getting a new one. Within a weeks time just wanted to get a head start on the game and had planned on moving it to my new device.

Did you back up your old handset before upgrading? I upgraded my device and after restoring the backup to the new device my save game was there ready to be played.
