While playing the game on android devise. My phone turned off because battery runned out.. after I re-entered the game my vault was gone. I have a cloud backup. I have save file existing on my phone. But the step by step guide about how to back up it doesn't worked for me. I spent to this vault about 100$. Waiting for help from support team ASAP. Thank you.
