I have recently lost my vault, hope I can get some help with this.

1. Samsung galaxy tab 4

3. After the patch was launched I loaded up the game and it kept crashing while loading up my vault, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and my vault was gone.


4. it didn't update normally. I have it set to auto update.

Have the same problem. Lost my vault with 65 launchboxes, maybe some of them was a boxes with Mr.Handy. it happened after my phone turned off because of battery.. I spent to this vault arround 100$ upgrading it and getting some Mr.Handys. Moreover I uploaded/contected my vault to the cloud. So I guess Bethesda must do something about that. Hope they will fixe it and give our vaults back ASAP!!!

I updated over the old build automatically via store.

I'm ok to start new vault, the layout was bad anyway

but I bought 40 lunchboxes and 5 Mr. Handys so it would be nice to get those back!

I play through bluestacks app player on my computer through my samsung 4 phone, which I am sure is going to be a "too bad your loss" for using it but worth a try

After updates were added (the cloud) my vault was gone

just about 200 people lost

as well as rare outfits, characters and weapons gone from purchasing lunch boxes

First game is fun play it all day on the reason I'm late on posting this because I wrote an email and also wrote on Google store under comments....on 10-24-15 around 7pm Chicago time I played fallout shelter the same as any other time loaded fine played fine fixed my shelter and exited out like normal I went back to play at around 9pm and my vault wasn't there at all yes u was mad cause it took time to get 70 ppl most of my stats up on everyone but the only reason why I was mad is because I just bought five robots all I want is to be able to get the five robots back that's it can can do my vault over even tho it took awhile if I could get it all back that would be awesome the slot where I had my vault I didn't make another I just went to another slot

I didn't delete fallout shelter and reinstall it because when I started my new vault I bought one robot didn't want to loose that one I have receipts for both my purchases

This is messed up I haven't heard back from anyone about my purchase I've made in fallout shelter and losing my vault

Same issue here. Just started playing this game 2 weeks ago and it was working flawlessly until this weekend. Now it crashes frequently, and when it does my vault disappears. Sometimes after restarting my phone the vault shows back up and I can play, but any changes I make disappear the next time I am able to load it. Extremely frustrating!

I moved all my files on my Samsung note 2 from device storage to SD card, and my vault is gone.

All my files are there in the sd card, and I switched back to device storage, but it's still gone.

Anybody know if it's possible to get my vault back?

Same here. Two different vaults, weeks apart and different versions of the game...same issue. Game crashed right after buying a load of lunchboxes, phone restarted, vaults gone, vault save file now 0kb.

It appears the Android version of FS is beta and not stable, certainly not to be charging users for in game content.

Your vaults are stored locally on your phone so they are gone along with any mr handy and lunchbox purchases. (Also read reports of cloud games being nuked too).

Bethesda doesn't seem to be at all bothered and taking notice so only one thing left to do, complain to google and get your money back people!!

Fire up the game, click on the cogs in the top left corner, then click 'i' and then help.

Select Fallout shelter -> android -> proceed

Then search for 'shelter help' . It should find the article: 'what should I do if I experience issues with fallout shelter'

At the bottom of the article is a link for android -> google store.

Here is where someone can actually help (thanks google).

Verify your account details, say you want a refund due to the app crashing or in my case in app purchases did not work, then just include the order number you were sent in the purchase email and submit!

Did it this evening and happy to say my money back in my account in under 30 mins. All credit to google.

Bethesda....shame on you. This is serious a BETA app!

Did you have a cloud save of your Vault? If so, you should be able to recover it.

i had a vault with 141 dwellers and 40 lunch boxes disappear

Lost my cloud saved vault 18 with 83 dwellers. Opened the game and vault was gone, tried to restore and it loaded a new game. Now it's no longer there for a restore option. Thus far no help from support. Anyone able to help??????
