OK first, I was building my Hjaalmarch home, and I built some children's beds, BTW I cphad no stewards or wife moved in, and as soon as I made them they both said owned as soon as I made em. then, thinking it was just a bug saying it was owned but it wasn't, I tried to move in my family of 1 daughter and my wife, Lydia, I don't get the option, even though I have a child's chest and double bed in the new home too. bug?
