I man came running up to me and was saying how he won some huge lottery...so.... i killed him and took his ticket. Does anyone know what the lottery is for? and where can i cash in?? Thanks!

If you talk to the legion guys, he won his life with that ticket. They killed/crucified everyone else.

Fine... the legion held a town wide lottery after capturing all the residents of Nipton the winner of the lottery could go free. Walk into the town to find out what they did to the rest.

I saw all the bodies hanging from wodden frames. I just forgot about that, cuz the guy that had to ticket was dressed like a Powder Ganger

A guy inside a building details everything that the lottery had. 1st round of tickets get decapitated, 2nd and important people get burnt on tires, 3rd round gets crucified alive, 4th is one man whose legs are broken and then they set him free, and finally the one winner gets to run into me(not exactly a free card considering it was my evil character) }:)

I killed him too. Lottery equaled caps in my mind. I was sorely disappointed, but no karma change for whacking him at least.

I found a stash of the lottery tickets in the mayor's office. They have a value of 10, so I guess it's ok to sell 'em to vendors... unless someone collects them or something?

I saw this guy running around the desert shouting about how he had won the lottery. Had to save him from a few scorps, and when i passed back by the area 30m later i saw him lying dead in the desert lol. Guess it wasn't his lucky day afterall.
