^ Meaning that there's a bug where Louis can get cloned. Luckily not happened to me though.

When I was looking for him the first time, he was at The Bee and Barb, sure, but he attacked me for no reason.

Managed to calm him down somehow, maybe re-entering the bar. Can't help you with making Louis visible if he isn't, though...

There might be a console command to "enable" him or to get a new Louis.
