For all you haters I have one thing to say then I'm going back to the topic on hand here, the topic the OP wanted to discuss.

If a fan posts a piece of art, a drawing on here, or anything along those lines we don't bash them or say we don't like it usually we all say good job and we can see that we have a true fan in front of us that really shares the same passion you do for the game. We appreciate that they took the time to do something that shows how much of a fan the are and how much they truly love this game. My question. Why be any different with her? She is a fa. She is one of us. If your not a fan of Elder Scrills then you should leave for your own sake. She is showing us how much she was inspired by Skyrim. I mean come on she took the time and effort to learn the song. Singing and playing is not easy at all. I've been doing both for 20 years and I still cannot combine them. I will never have that gift. This girl deserves some respect for sharing this with us. You can dislike her voice, you can say she cannot play guitar(actually no you can't, she can play), you can say she is drowning her voice with effects(almost every artist ever used effects on their voice at one time), but one thing you can't say is that she doesn't feel inspired or is not passionate about Skyrim.

Thats all I needed to say because I saw so many rude comments toward her. I hope she puts out a ton more songs for this game a games to come. Oh by the way you want to hear a bad singer go to Dawnstar and request this song from the lady at the inn, now that is bad singing, it's intentional but still very bad. Quite funny actually.

In a total non-internet forum fashion, I'm just going to say I liked it. (not LOVED or HATED).

All those in dividuals who are saying that she cant sing, or she cant play guitar only proove one specific thing. They have no...absolutely not any small peace of a clue about music.

Let me tell youwhy.

Malukah is not just a Fan. She′s not ONLY inspired by the game, she likes it and stated that already. But most important fact is, that she′s a well known Songwriter and singer in mexico and she also used to do in California where she had severyl gigs (which have all been quite successfull). She′s used to perform on stages since 2008. She plays guitar in combination with singing and her Band.
So, if you guys say that you consider her as an untalented Amateur so go on and proof that you can do this better.

I had no idea who she is, but I am a musician and her talent was abundantly clear to me in the first 10seconds of that video despite the vocal distortion. I think alot of the nitwits criticizing her learned everything they know about music from American Idol and have zero actual knowledge about music. They probably also have no idea that their favorite songs were written by a computer algorithm designed to create derivative drivel to be sung by talentless degenerate Barbies that where chosen by the industry to fit a look and probably rely heavily on pitch correction software and write 0% of their own songs.

The reason people are so harsh on her isn't because they are asswipes, it's because they feel the amount of attention she's getting (three-topics on the first-page right now) is undeserved.

I think a lot of the dislike for the video comes from the extreme love for it, especially since a lot of it doesn't seem to necessarily be for the song itself but rather for her. Topics like this in regards to the song and people calling her a goddess make it seem people are basically smitten for a chick they see a two-minute video of, and they'll defend her just for that, to the point where people who minorly criticize her or say her vid is average are being attacked, and the same goes the other way around. I'm pretty sure if the video was the same audio with just a screenshot it would have a lot less views and a lot less extreme opinions attached to it.

She did a good job, but not everyone here is into women. I'm waiting for a good cover version from a sixy dude with a sixy voice instead...

Not exactly sure why you're posting links to death metal and power (speed or whatever) metal. As for the video, it's good, but it would be better without the reverb.
