Currently there is no reliable way to get dirty water. (that I can find)

You need dirty water to make any of the soups. Too bad because cooking in fo4 is super useful. You should be able to dip empty bottles in lakes or something or use a well to fill up a container. In all my explorations, ive come across like 4 dirty waters or something absurdly low. Definitely not enough to make soup cooking a viable option.

Anyone figure out how a way to get dirty water that I don't know about?

And I wish I could change the title to this, I don't mean they are useless, I just mean they are practically uncraftable.
