I'd love to find a guild that fits the following criteria:

- 18+ only (preferably 20's and 30's)

- Casual/non-hardcoe (no min/maxer's, or at least nobody using dps meters)

- intelligent, skilled, mature-ish players

- Aldmeri Dominion

- US (preferably east coast)

- Doesn't need to be a huge guild, (25-50 is probably best for my tastes but not necessary)
- No mandatory hours

I've never been much of an MMO player.. I played WoW for maybe 4 months and couldn't stick with it, I just found it boring.

I don't know much about guilds but I have searched for a while for guilds filling all these criteria and haven't had luck.

I just want a group of people I can play with when needed, who are cool!

Anyway, am I the only one to whom this sounds like the kind of guild to be in?

Maybe we can band together and form one right now lol

I'd join a guild like this as well; like you, I have not found a guild whose goals I identify with. But I'm in Europe so the timezone difference may be an issue.

hell i'd even consider another faction if the guild was worth it.

I wil pick a dark elf, as i realy like the fire spell power it gets because ill be making a fire DK. But if i ever find a guild like this on EP, sign me up!

You're welcome to join my guild. While I haven't set an age requirement to join all members right now are over 18 and maturity is what we are looking for. We are a moderate guild and while some of our members will certainty use addons you will not be frowned upon for not using them. I personally will not be using any at least to level cap.

My goal for the guild is to have the 50 members required for the guild store but not too many more.

I'm looking for the same exact thing, except the Daggerfall Covenant. I would also add in:

-players' character names must be more what lore friendly. Well, just nothing like XXSniperproXX

-Guild name must not be ridiculous either. Nothing including the word "Bro" for instance.

swtor had a guild making forum pre-launch with the intentions of injecting that data into early access, there was some technical problems that arose leading to quite a bit of backlash.

Once they had launched, EA/Lucas Disney/BioW removed all that excellent Guild making match-maker goodness was scrubbed from the site. IMHO they would have been well serving the player base to leave it up, the tools were above excellent.

Well damn, I'd offer you to my guild, but it is strictly:

-min/max required

-morons, newbs, immature players only

-EB/DF, no Aldmeri allowed

-EU

-1-24 max. Unless we go above that, then 51+

-required hours

Seriously though, looking for pretty much the same, though I prefer smaller guilds. Anything over 25 and it becomes less personal. Of course there are exceptions.

My guild has a few competitive people in it but I'm the gm and wouldn't call myself a try hard min/max player need to hit 3k dps or /gkick

I dont mind competitive people, just dont force me to spec a certain way lol

Good guild require creative and effective builds.

Poopie guilds require you copy their build spec's and zerg for them.

No I don't see the point of that I am encouraging my friends to play the way they want , our age group is 16-30 though...

Nice to see this 2 posts, I'm as well looking for something like this, but in my case, as an IE Holder, can be any faction if necessary. I'll check the link soon Justicar, but I won't be making any guild decisions probably until after release, a few weeks after most likely. I want to see how guild members of all guilds in general behave first , which will make my decision easier at the end to join one of them.

Actually the Thalmor you saw in Skyrim was in response to mans constant blood shed on mer and septim use of the brass tower to attack the Summer set isles, also Tiber isn't a good guy as you may believe only a royal could control the nomidium so in response Tiber killed every royal family that he could not trust, men praise him as a god but he is just a tyrant that shed the blood of many for his own gain.

The Nords pretty much hunted down and committed genocide on the snow elves and still murder the falmer, Breton and red guard constantly attack and murder the Orismer for no reason at all but they repeat it countless times, The imperial and Nords also completely drove the ayelid elves to extinction and the redguards commented genocide on the left hand elves.

The one time elves attempted a war campaign they stopped the war between the Bosmer and Khajit and formed the first Aldemeri dominon.

Race of men constant racism towards the mer is disgusting.

Sounds like the perfect guild to me. I fit just about all your criteria. Not sure about "skilled" but I'm working on it, and being in my 30s I can at least fake the maturity.

I'm also on the east coast of the U.S. Huzzah the South!
