so I'm relatively new to PC gaming I've had my rig for about 2 months and I've been playing a lot of skyrim, and I've been enjoying it, but the game is still unstable and buggy, and I'm still dedicated to getting it working as best I can, and I could use some more help

heres what I've done, I have the unofficial patches in the right load order through nexus mods with the skse loader version 1.9.3, I have cleared my data cache and done fresh installs (although I've kept some older saves and made new ones) I even found a guide on steam for skyrim on windows 10, which suggesting things like making a homegroup and turning off background apps, I still don't understand what a homegroup has to do with it but w/e I did it, I'm not tech savy nor am I tech ignorant i'm somewhere in the middle I guess but, I'm still trying, and appreciate any help

heres what I've learned, don't run skyrim over 60fps, make sure Vsync is turned on(or in my case Gsync) the High Resolution texture pack can destabilize the game, the official ones, although I do have the unofficial texture patch and have yet to remove the high res texture packs, save often and have more than one save

if it wasn't clear what my problem after all that, here are few examples of the types of bugs I've been running into,

• when using the quick reflexes perk with a shield (haven't tried without one) time will slow permanently ( this bug only really occurs after an hour or two of gameplay)
• eyebrows disappearing I've only noticed this one once because my wizard has very prominent eyebrows.
• the sound fading out and alduin being invincible in the fight on high Hrothgar, my game crashing after using bound sword. ( I think I resolved this one I happened upon a guide on steam for remedying that situation not sure if it worked as it was an intermittent problem)
• the quest giver located outside mossmother cave floats in the air and am unable to initiate dialogue with him, this is consistant over two of my characters both started after USKP and seems only to happen later in the game
• stuck at the "final convector stage" of arniels endevour, and the console command recommended by the UESP bugs section doesn't work (i'm not all too familiar with console commands so I don't use them)
• the mountain range to the west of white run flickers when I move, which isn't really a big deal but maybe its helpful to figure out whats wrong

some of the afore mentioned bugs are across multiple saves and one of which I created before installing USKP through nexus mods ( I don't remember if it was before the USKP through steam) I really didn't want to delete it since I made it through 90% of the game with out too many major bugs, anyways if you've read all of this you've pretty much a full understanding of me and my

Are you using any mods other than the Unofficial patches?

no i dont plan on modding the game until i can stabalize the vanilla game,
