Hi guys, any help here would be so fab!

I'm waiting for the 2nd audio log for this quest to trigger, and it's just not happening. I had the first trigger (as most do) from Lady Gibson (which was Enclave? if I remember correctly), and I hear the 2nd log is triggered by the words 'Helios One'. Many NPCs have already mentioned it, and I've been to all the areas I've been told to go via the Fallout Wiki (Hidden Valley, Jacobstown, Camp McCarran etc), and still nothing. I even sat in the brothehood scribe's class for like 30mins waiting for Ed-E to talk.

Plenty of time has also passed in-game for the second trigger to occur. I've exhausted every dialogue option, and some characters won't even talk to me as a result. I haven't had Ed-E on me the whole time but I figured something would have happened by now. I'm lv 42 and have completed all the DLC, if that makes any difference.

Do I just...wait? Will he talk eventually?
