I love the game- but when will Bethesda....

First- i want to say i love the game. I never had a "HOLY COW" moment when i started it up like i did with Fallout 3 or The Witcher 3....but i knew what i was getting into and it met my expectations (about 6 hours in)- and i feel like i will be spending a lot of time base building / etc for days/weeks to come

With that being said- i noticed Bethesda has built a militant fanbase that wasnt around before- who go around defending them on every forum. No criticism seems to be accepted as legitimate- well i think thats doing a disservice to the series. When will Bethesda at least acknowledge the issues or address them?

1- I think the animations and graphics need to be overhauled already- they are ugly - there really is no way to justify this on high end PC's (unmoded) or 'Next Gen' Consoles.

YES its cool you can pick everything up and have freedom to run around all over the place

NO that doesnt mean last gen graphics and animations are justified

Its really making the series FEEL STALE and taking the magic out of the whole apocalyptic setting. Running with janky animations with a group of people down a dirt road with cardboard cut-out soldiers pointing the way to the vault is seriously a LOL moment and very sad at the same time IMO

2- The gun combat (combat in general) out of VATS is just as terrible as ever. I heard a team from ID software or something came in to help Bethesda improve it- and for the life of me i cant spot too much of an improvement

3- Re-used textures and building models just add to making the game feel stale IMO

Anyways thats how i feel about the whole situation . I will enjoy the game regardless though because ive been playing the game since the very first one

1) Agree on the animations, they are not nearly on the same level as most modern games. But I really disagree about the graphics. I honestly don't know how they can get much better. Never really understood this criticism.

2) Really disagree on this one. I think playing the game as a FPS is actually viable for the first time in the series. I would like to see overhaul for melee combat though, hopefully this is what they are working on with the new Elder Scrolls.

3) Yeah there are some similar building models, and some new ones would definitely be nice. But in a way I kind of like a little of the old ones, it provides a bit of a familiar Fallout feeling for me.
