okay guys, I must say hes the biggest hacker in this game

Simply you cant kick him with votekick and what is interesting when I open console I saw there some command like:

player hawai1245 changed name to 8e2d363(some numbers n letters) what the hell ???
sorry I don't have proof of this(screenshot but I swear I saw that, also that text was brown colour wtf)

as you can see in video, he got new insta stealth hack, and when u press votekick nothing happens..
