Hi everyone, I've been bashing my head against the wall for a month with this and I hope you guys can help me, also sorry for my bad English.

First of all, System Specs

-Gigabyte GA-970a-ds3p rev 2.0

-Amd Fx 8350 (Stock speed, no heat issues)

-2x4gb 1600 Mhz

-Xfx Radeon 270 Core Edition (2gb VRAM, Stock speed, no heat Issues)

-Windows 7 Ultimate

I got Skyrim SE from a friend (he "shared" his games with me through Steam), launcher set my game on Ultra settings by default (Same as LE), launched the game, started a new character, and in the opening scene I was surprised to get 15-20 fps, I kept it running until character creation and then quit. Tryed on low settings, 25-30 fps, so I started googling and tryed some of the multiple fixes, but none worked, I'm still getting 20-30 fps on the opening scene.

What I've done so far:

-Disabled Vsync on Skyrimprefs.ini

-Disabled Vsync on Radeon Crimson (Is this name correct?)

-Set Frame Rate Target Control (Radeon Crimson) to 60

-Added this (iPresentInterval=0) to Skyrim.ini

-Switched between Windowed mode and Full Screen mode

-Turned off and on AA (10 fps difference) -Disabled God Rays, Screen Space Reflections, Screen Space Ambient Occlusion, Precipitation Oclussion and 64-bit Render Targets (Disabled by default I think) -Tryed all "fade" options on "View Distance" tab maxed and low

I just don't get why I'm getting 30 fps when on a heavily modded LE (175~ mods, Ultra settings and texture mods) I was getting 60 fps 90% of the time

Sorry if this feels hurryed up but I'm really frustrated, if you need any other information I'd be happy to provide it

I do not think you can share games on Steam or if you do only one person can use the game at a time.

The Special edition has improved graphics and has higher system requirements.

Can you please run dxdiag.exe and post the full report in spoiler tags maybe that will detect an issue
