I can't figure what to do. FPS 9-10 and transparent line running down middle of screen darker then rest of screen. If there is anything else I can't play long enough to tell.
No Mods,
I tried update drivers,
fresh install twice,
different graphic settings or with all stuff unclicked.
Looked into GeForce Exp
Prior Skyrim graphic mods and ENB ran 50-60fps
Any suggestion's?
Rig: Intel Core i7-6700HQ ?/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M with 6GB graphics memory/ 16gp ram.

What resolution are you playing Skyrim at? Sounds similar to a Fallout 4 bug.

I'm playing at 1920/1080 unless somehow in game its not changing?

Did you check to see if the game is using the nvidia card and not the intel card.

What happens if you change the following line in SkyrimPrefs.ini (inside My Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition)?
bEnableProjecteUVDiffuseNormals=1
Change to:
bEnableProjecteUVDiffuseNormals=0

You know under NVidia control panel is said Nvidia High performance Proc, but not GPU, which I thought was weird, when you try to add program.

I haven't messed with perfs yet. I'm currently reinstalling game right now.

o well was hoping, Im currenlty playing opening scene. I did notice the start up box you know the black box with start option etc, it's really small, not the normal size, I put low resolution in game and still 2 fps, and tinted line down the middle of screen and left side.

There was an update today for the nvidia did you try that.

Ya updated today before posting. Well I found if I change my desk top resolution to 1920x1080 game looks fine now and no line on screen.
I do fined it a small pain in the a$$ to have to change my screen every time I play, for whatever reason in setting its not changing is my guess...
I'm still going to play with setting add all the bells and whistles see what happens.
Any suggestions on a good ENB on nexus =)

I do not use ENB's since I find they make the games look ugly for me. I do not think there are any for the Special edition. There are likely some reshade mods or something like that. Those I can not stand as well.
What is your native resolution or the resolution you use normally.

3200X1800 is native for my laptop
