While trying to do Old School Ghoul unmarked side quest for Raul, i went to search for Loyal at Nellis Air Force Base. I waited in the hangar he did not appear, also i waited in the mess hall not there either, so i went to his hosue not there so i waited there too. i thought i was because i was waiting so i went to every location during day time in game, and he was no where i searched all of Nellis and no where!
I will be very grateful if this bug is fixed on the next patch! but if there is a fix that works ill be happy to hear it!
